libethos-ui-dev software package provides GObject library for application plugins, GTK+ integration - development files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libethos-ui-dev
libethos-ui-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libethos-ui-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libethos-ui-dev *
You will get with libethos-ui-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
